A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price is required to confirm an order and commence production.
The remaining balance, together with all applicable taxes, storage charges, shipping, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, and any other related charges, must be paid in full before an order is released for collection or shipment.
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once Studio Fenice has accepted an order and received the required deposit, the agreed purchase price for that order shall remain fixed.
Clients will be notified once an order is ready for shipment or collection.
Orders that remain unpaid, uncollected, or awaiting shipping instructions for more than thirty (30) calendar days after notification may incur storage charges of up to ten percent (10%) of the total order value per month until the order is collected or dispatched.
Studio Fenice reserves the right to transfer all associated storage costs to the Client.
All products offered by Studio Fenice are manufactured, commissioned, or sourced specifically for each Client.
Once Studio Fenice has accepted an order and received payment, the order becomes final and may not be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded.
Any exception shall be made solely at the discretion of Studio Fenice and shall not constitute a waiver of this policy.
Items identified as available for immediate shipment require full payment at the time the order is placed.
Where production capacity permits, Studio Fenice may accept requests for priority production or expedited manufacturing for an additional fee.
Acceptance of a priority order is subject to confirmation and cannot be guaranteed.
Studio Fenice warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date the Client, or the Client’s designated receiving warehouse, takes delivery.
This warranty is limited to defects arising from manufacturing and does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, neglect, accidents, incorrect installation, modifications, exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions, or normal wear and ageing.
Where a valid warranty claim is accepted, Studio Fenice shall, at its sole discretion, repair the product, replace the defective component, or manufacture a replacement item within the applicable production schedule.
Natural ageing, oxidation, patina development, colour variation, fading caused by sunlight, and changes inherent to natural materials are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore excluded from this warranty.
All production and delivery schedules are estimates only.
Because each piece is individually manufactured by skilled artisans using handcrafted processes and natural materials, exact completion or delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Studio Fenice shall not be liable for delays resulting from production schedules, artisan workshops, suppliers, material availability, freight carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
All dimensions are approximate and provided as a general reference.
As each product is individually handcrafted, slight variations in dimensions may occur and shall not constitute a defect.
Every Studio Fenice piece is individually handcrafted using natural and artisanal materials.
Variations in colour, tone, grain, veining, texture, patina, surface character, finish, and dimensions are inherent characteristics of handcrafted production and natural materials. These variations contribute to the individuality of each piece and are not considered defects.
Product photographs, renderings, tear sheets, finish samples, and digital images are provided for reference only. Due to handcrafted production methods, natural materials, photography, lighting conditions, printing processes, and differences in screen calibration, Studio Fenice cannot guarantee an exact match between samples, digital representations, and the final product.
Clients are encouraged to review physical finish samples before confirming an order whenever colour or finish is of particular importance.
Upon request, Studio Fenice may provide finish or material samples.
Samples remain the property of Studio Fenice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where finish approval is required, production will commence only after the approved finish selection has been confirmed by the Client.
Custom finishes and bespoke sample development may incur additional charges.
Where Studio Fenice accepts Client’s Own Material (C.O.M.) or Client’s Own Leather (C.O.L.), production will commence only after all required materials have been received by the manufacturer’s workshop.
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all supplied materials meet the required specifications, quantities, quality standards, and performance requirements.
Studio Fenice accepts no responsibility for delays resulting from the late delivery, shortage, unsuitability, or failure of Client-supplied materials.
