The Cadence bench is inspired by the simplicity and power of the rhythmic stepped brickwork visible in the architecture of Amsterdam’s ‘South Plan’ area – the city development plan designed by H.P. Berlage in 1915. A flow of rhythmic volumes and shade lines. The Cadence bench functions as seating matching the Cadence table or as an individual side table. Optional: bench cushion upholstered with our selection of wool or with customer’s own material (COM).
Materials:

As a service to our customers, we arrange the shipping of orders via one of our preferred carriers. Shipping cost will be calculated after confirmation of your delivery address. We will email you within 3 days with the quotation for your acceptance. You have the right to withdrawal from the purchase if delivery cost will not meet your expectations.
All charges are proforma and will be included on your order’s final balance.
Two options are available :
White glove service: our shipping partner will unload, unpack, check and install the product in the room of your choice.
Simple service: our shipping partner will unload the product and deliver it in front of the building. If you choose to manage your own freight and delivery, Studio Fenice must be notified of the specific details of the movement. The fee to move the product from a manufacturer to a terminal for “customer’s own” pick-up will be added to the balance due. The location of the pick-up by the client or the client’s agent may trigger sales tax responsibility at that location.
Ownership of the product transfers to the client upon the freight carrier taking possession of the order for transport. Therefore, responsibility for damage occurring in-transit is the owner’s and all claims for freight damage must be made within 72 hours of receipt. If customer selects their own freight carrier, freight claims must be filed directly with the selected carrier. Studio Fenice is not responsible for a customer’s own or third party freight damage and claim.

The designer
Mokko represents a collection of interior objects designed by founder Aad Bos. The Amsterdam-based studio was established in 2017 and creates custom products for interior professionals and design enthusiasts internationally.
Objects by Mokko feature a rhythm of monolithic form, created through an iteration of volumes and voids. Architectural elements are balanced, weighed and stripped from excess, until the essence of the inspiration is translated into a sculptural object that is emotionally resonant.
With respect for nature and robust furniture building, each piece is made in close collaboration with local carpenters in the Netherlands from high-quality, sustainable materials. All objects are custom-made and conceived as future heirlooms; intended to be valued, used and passed down through generations.
