As a service to our customers, we arrange the shipping of orders via one of our preferred carriers. Shipping cost will be calculated after confirmation of your delivery address. We will email you within 3 days with the quotation for your acceptance. You have the right to withdrawal from the purchase if delivery cost will not meet your expectations.
All charges are proforma and will be included on your order’s final balance.
Two options are available :
White glove service: our shipping partner will unload, unpack, check and install the product in the room of your choice.
Simple service: our shipping partner will unload the product and deliver it in front of the building. If you choose to manage your own freight and delivery, Studio Fenice must be notified of the specific details of the movement. The fee to move the product from a manufacturer to a terminal for “customer’s own” pick-up will be added to the balance due. The location of the pick-up by the client or the client’s agent may trigger sales tax responsibility at that location.
Ownership of the product transfers to the client upon the freight carrier taking possession of the order for transport. Therefore, responsibility for damage occurring in-transit is the owner’s and all claims for freight damage must be made within 72 hours of receipt. If customer selects their own freight carrier, freight claims must be filed directly with the selected carrier. Studio Fenice is not responsible for a customer’s own or third party freight damage and claim.

The designer
Founded in 2014, Studio STRAF is an architecture and design studio known for its disciplined approach to geometry, material honesty, and spatial clarity. With roots in Antwerp and an international presence that includes Los Angeles, the studio operates across architecture, interior design, furniture creation, and landscape concepts.
At the heart of the studio’s philosophy is a belief in quiet, enduring design—spaces and objects shaped by natural light, balanced proportions, and the expressive qualities of raw, authentic materials. Their work favors restraint over excess, allowing form, texture, and atmosphere to emerge with clarity and intention.
Studio STRAF approaches each project holistically, treating architecture and furniture as interconnected elements of a unified environment. Through this integrated vision, the studio creates pieces and interiors that feel timeless, tactile, and deeply human—objects designed not only to function, but to resonate with the rhythms of everyday life.
